The service
We provide an AI chat widget, a shared inbox and related tools for answering your website visitors. AI answers are generated automatically from the knowledge you provide and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for the knowledge you add and for reviewing how your chatbot answers.
Credits
Each AI answer uses credits. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing month and do not roll over. Overage packs never expire while your account is open. Replies typed by you or your team are free. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires.
Your content and your visitors
You keep the rights in the knowledge you add and may only add content you have the right to use. You must not use the service for spam, illegal content, or to collect sensitive data such as card numbers or health records through chat. You are responsible for informing your visitors and for any consent the law requires on your website.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, everything keeps working during a short grace period. After it, AI replies, website imports, monthly credit refills and notification emails pause until a payment succeeds; your data is kept and the chat widget still lets visitors reach your team. Cancelling while a payment is overdue ends the plan straight away.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
