What counts as an AI answer?
Each reply the AI writes uses one answer credit. Greetings, lead forms, replies from your team and canned demo answers are free.
What happens if I run out of answers?
The bot never goes silent. New questions are routed to your team inbox and we email you, so you can add an overage pack or upgrade in one click.
Where does the bot get its answers?
Only from the knowledge you add: FAQs, text, documents and web pages. If it cannot find an answer it says so and offers a person instead of guessing.
Will it work on my website?
Yes. Paste one line of code before the closing body tag. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any HTML page, on desktop and mobile.
Can my team answer chats too?
Yes. Invite teammates to the shared inbox. Paid plans include more seats, and teammates never see billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
